Meditation with Nada (Cosmic Sound)

A Workshop by Lav Kumar Sharma

August 6th – 13th, 2017

Effects of Nada (Vibrations produced by musical Notes)

There are three octave quite often practiced in Indian Classical music Mandra (lower) Madhya(middle) and Tar (Higher). Vibrations produced by lower octave stimulates lumber region and legs and feet, middle octave stimulates from lumber to thoracic region and higher octave stimulates our face, front till top of the head.
So the whole idea is to stimulate these three regions by using different octaves through musical notes, and other vibratory techniques like Harmonique Sounds. These notes bring Vital Energy (Prana Shakti) in each and every cell of the body. As Body cells accumulates Stress and tireless and keep them for a long period, Vibrations through notes release whatever is accumulated in body cells.

So Nadabbhyasa is a technique to release all tensions of the body and mind and help to circulate Vital Force (Prana Shakti) from Toe to top of the Head.

Finally Nadabbyhasa helps to stimulate different systems of the body and helps to Heal and Harmonise Body and Mind. Many disorders like Insomnia, mental and physical Stress, Anxiety, lack of Sleep etc .and all diseases related to Psycho-somatic disorder can be healed or at least controlled.
